We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

3.2 Availability and Sales Regions

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions due to logistical constraints. Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities and refuse service at our discretion.

4. Order and Payment Terms

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Cincinnati warehouse (411 Mayo Street, Cincinnati, US 45202).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We stand behind our gear. Our full policy is detailed on our homepage, summarized here:

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: Initiate by emailing [email protected] with “Return/Exchange Request” in the subject line.
• Non-Returnable/Hygiene Items: HEADWEAR (if liner removed/worn), Socks, and Stickers are final sale unless unopened and in sealed original packaging.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
• International Returns: Customers outside the US must contact us first and are responsible for return shipping costs and customs markings.
